Euro Insurances out-sources claims handling activities to dedicated Third Party Administrators (TPA’s).
Our claim handlers will perform the following tasks;
- Notice of loss
- Assessment of liability & Indemnity
- Setting reserves
- Settlement of claims
- Administration
Euro Insurances and our claim handlers work together to agree a set of key performance indicators. We agree the reserving policy and will hold regular quality review meetings to evaluate performance and the overall cooperation. Finally we will agree the procedures and controls required to ensure smooth and effective interaction between parties.
