Euro Insurances has successfully completed the LeasePlan Group Staff engagement project
As a ‘Pro active service partner ‘the brand promise we make to our clients is ‘It’s easier to leaseplan’. Research indicated that, although LeasePlan has chosen a differentiating and appealing position, clients and prospects needed tangible proof that ‘it’s easier to leaseplan’.
To achieve this, the marketing Strategic Team (MST), a group of marketing experts from different LeasePlan entities started the process of developing market propositions that helps us differentiate from our competitors. Early on in the process it was recognised that although market propositions are crucial, the way on which we deliver these propositions through our people is equally important. Our positioning, promise, propositions and personality together form what LeasePlan stands for. In other words they form our identity.
To embed the LeasePlan identity into our organisation in a consistent way the LeasePlan Engagement programme was developed and Euro insurance were delighted to be asked to be involved in the pilot programme! The programme forms the start of a journey that will ultimately change the way every individual within LeasePlan behaves in order to make it easier for our clients. The aim is to engage all our employees around this promise and support them by introducing core values including behavioural statements to prove our promise day after day.
Euro Insurances, as a wholly owned subsidiary of LeasePlan Group also implemented the initiative that includes several days training for all staff and an embedding of the values in the recruitment, training and performance reviews of staff.
